Land Maintenance Fund Projects
Annually, the New Mexico legislature appropriates money from the State Lands Maintenance Fund (LMF) to be used by the New Mexico State Land Office for projects that benefit Trust lands. LMF projects are developed and administered by the SLO Field Operations Division and may include collaboration with state, federal, and private partners to help achieve the greatest benefits for state trust land and associated resources.
